We invite our colleagues to submit abstracts to the following minisymposia at 13th U.S. National Congress on Computational Mechanics (USNCCM13) held in San Diego, California, USA – July 26-30, 2015:

Reza and Robert B. Haber from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champiagn: “Fracture Mechanics: A Probabilistic Perspective” .
Reza and Scott Miller from the PennState University: “Scalable adaptive and multiscale algorithms for high performance computing” .

On 03/31/2014 Dr. Omidi joins our research group to work on probabilistic fracture modeling.

The 11th World Congress on Computational Mehcanics will be held July 20-25, 2014 in Barcelon Spain along with 5th European Conference on Computational Mechanics (ECCM V) and 6th European Conference on Computational Fluid Dynamics (ECFD VI).

Reza and Scott Miller from the PennState Universirty are organizing a session entitled “Qualitative and Quantitative Comparison of Numerical Methods for Solving Partial Differential Equations”  at the 11th World Congress on Computational Mechanics (USNCCM12) to be held in Barcelona, Spain – July 20-25, 2014.
